Plumbing Installer Technician

Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer Technician. This role is focused on residential and light commercial plumbing installs, replacements and upgrades — it is not a service call rotation, and there is no on-call.

What you will do

• Install water, drain, waste and vent piping
• Lead plumbing installation projects start to finish, on time and to standard
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
• Perform repipes in PEX, copper, CPVC and PVC
• Install pipes, fixtures and appliances for water, sewer and limited gas
• Make sure all work meets Florida plumbing code
• Test systems for correct operation and leaks
• Keep job sites and your vehicle clean and safe
• Document work in ServiceTitan
• Coordinate with project managers and the warehouse

What you need

• 4+ years of plumbing installation experience
• Strong knowledge of Florida plumbing code
• Valid driver's license
• Able to work indoors and outdoors, lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Willing to work occasional weekends and after-hours jobs (no on-call)

Pay and benefits

• $70,000–$100,000 per year based on experience
• Competitive pay plus commission

• Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
